Order-evading in the field of street furniture, as an anomie, is more common directed to seats and buses of city, post offices and telephones, and so on. The present research studies the social and psychic factors affecting Order-evading in the field of urban furniture in Rasht.
Method: The present research is typically a quantitative one and the survey technique and researcher-made questionnaire were used for collecting data. There are two types of statistical population in this research: The first one includes the non-delinquent adolescents and young people (15-30 years old) of Rasht and second one includes juvenile delinquents(15-30 years old) who are kept in rehabilitation centers, prisons and correctional centers in Rasht. The first statistical population based on the census data of 2016 is 271858 people and the second one is 21 people. In the sampling of the first and second statistical population respectively the quota sampling and the census method were used. The sample size in the first statistical population was calculated 384 people according to Cochran's formula, but in order to prevent the falling of the questionnaires, it was increased to 400 people.
Findings: According to the research findings, order-evading in the field of street furniture is more common in delinquent adolescents and young people than non-delinquent ones. According to the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.677), the independent variables explain 67% of the changes in the dependent variable. Thus, by increasing the feeling of happiness, improving the conditions of education and living conditions, promoting the socio-economic status and belief dimension of religiosity, order-evading in the field of street furniture is decreased and by increasing feelings of depression, abuse, discrimination and personal isolation, order-evading in the field of street furniture is increased.
Conclusion: Undoubtedly, having citizens who are aware of their rights and duties and consider themselves as responsible for the fate of their society and participate in its various affairs, will guarantee the maintenance and promotion of order in the society. commitment to social order will be sustained if it becomes internal. Of course, the internalization of this matter is highly affected by external factors. In other words, there is a dialectical relationship between psychological and social factors affecting the order-evading in the field of street furniture in Rasht.
