Abstract

Introduction
The physical and social development of cities and they become the centers of heterogeneous demographic, social and economic poverty, the field of urban vulnerability and unbridled growth anomalies emerged in the cities. So that cities expand, they hotspots are formed within the limits of further offenses occur in them.
Method
This study is a descriptive - analytical and statistical population consists of crimes related to robbery that occurred within the city of Varamin. Also, in order to identify and analyze the spatial and temporal associations crimes of applications SPSS and GIS and questionnaires were used to assess the level of institutional trust.
Discussion and findings
According to research findings, models, five center hot spots, including the central part of the city, neighborhood Kheirabad, Goltapeh, Amrabad and Sakinehbanoo identified. The crimes also increased the time pattern of crimes over the weekend, and on Saturday showed that the addition of crimes in the clock is a periodic process in a way that 9 am to 12 noon start of the day gradually faced with an increased incidence of delinquency, then a decreasing trend continue again starting in the afternoon and evening activities for people of 17 to 21 hours has reached its peak.
Conclusion
The results indicated that the incidence of crime in the city of Varamin cluster pattern that has necessitated the formation of hot spots. Given the purpose of this paper is to identify the spatial and temporal patterns of crimes committed in order to provide a better quality of police services security and help identify the challenges facing urban management to reduce and eliminate criminal purposes is to improve the quality of life for residents of the city of Varamin .
